What do I have to pay when I book?
A deposit must be paid to confirm a booking. This deposit is 50% of the total price (accommodation + cleaning fee + any other fees). The remaining amount, plus the £150 refundable security deposit, will be charged seven days before check-in.
Bookings made less than seven days before check-in must be paid in full, plus the £150 refundable security deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Up to and including 30 days before check-in, you will be refunded in full for any amount paid.
Up to and including 7 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid for accommodation, and refunded in full for the security deposit, cleaning fee, and any pet fees paid.
After that, you will not be refunded any of the amount paid for accommodation, but you will be refunded in full for the security deposit, cleaning fee, and any pet fees paid.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. The code to the key safe will be provided to you before check-in.
Can I bring pets?
There is a maximum of two dogs per booking, and a £10 fee per dog applies. Other animals may be permitted upon request – please contact us.
Service animals are permitted free of charge, but we do ask that you let us know ahead of time (ideally when you book) if you will be bringing a service animal.
Do you provide towels and linens?
We provide one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, and bed linens. You will need to provide your own beach towels.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, there is fast (60Mbps) WiFi.
Is there parking?
Unfortunately there is no parking at the flat. The Charmouth Road car park is a 7 minute walk and costs £8 per day. It can be booked on the day using the JustPark app.
Blue Horizons is centrally located and a car isn’t always required to enjoy Lyme Regis!
