What do I have to pay when I book?
A deposit must be paid to confirm a booking. This deposit is 50% of the accommodation price and the cleaning fee combined. The remaining amount, plus the £150 refundable security deposit, will be charged seven days before check-in.
Bookings made less than seven days before check-in must be paid in full, plus the £150 refundable security deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to and including 30 days before check-in will be refunded in full for any amount paid.
Cancellations up to and including 7 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of any amount paid.
Cancellations after that will not be refunded.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. The code to the key safe will be provided to you before check-in.
Can I bring pets?
Dogs are allowed. There is a maximum of two dogs per booking, and a £10 fee per dog applies. Other animals may be permitted upon request – please contact us.
Do you provide towels and linens?
We provide bath towels and bed linens. You will need to provide your own beach towels.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, there is fast (60Mbps) WiFi.
Is there parking?
Unfortunately there is no parking at the flat. The Charmouth Road car park is a 7 minute walk and costs £8 per day. It can be booked on the day using the JustPark app.
Blue Horizons is centrally located and a car isn’t needed to enjoy Lyme Regis!
