A beautiful flat with sea views in the centre of town and a few minutes walk from the beach. The flat sleeps 4, dogs are welcome. Super fast fibre broadband (60 Mbps) allows for remote working, Netflix & board games provided for home entertainment. There are inexpensive car parks nearby but there isn’t parking at the flat. Lyme Regis is a historic, creative and vibrant town with great places to eat and plenty to see and do, including exploring the dramatic Jurassic Coast and going fossil hunting!
The space
A comfortable and spacious ground floor flat with sea views from the kitchen and the living/dining room. The kitchen provides ample space and facilities for cooking and a breakfast bar which looks out to sea. The living / dining room has expansive sea views, a beautiful oak table and chairs (seating 6) and a large corner sofa bed and a 43" 4K television with Netflix. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a king size bed, en suite toilet and sink. The modern bathroom has a shower, bath and sink. There is a garden with sea views (exclusively for guests) which was recently landscaped and has a shed with beach toys.
Other things to note
The bedrooms face on to the road and although they are double glazed you can hear traffic, particularly during peak times.
Access to the flats upstairs runs alongside our flat so don't be alarmed by passers-by.
